Rikers Memorial Plaques 2022, 2023 in collaboration with Merlin Sabal

These plaques honor the nineteen people killed on Rikers Island in 2022. They were installed across the New York City subway system in early 2023. The humanitarian crisis on Rikers is the responsibility of all New Yorkers.
